Ija'tz Coffee

* Only available in the United States.

“Ija’tz” means “seed” in Kaqchikel, one of the 22 indigenous languages of Guatemala, and it’s a fitting name for this environmentally-conscious cooperative located in San Lucas Tolimán, on the shore of Lake Atitlan. The cooperative focuses on producing excellent coffee while also preserving and promoting native ecosystems. Their coffee is new to De la Gente this year.
