Semi Washed Microlot Coffee

We are pleased to introduce our first microlot, based on a semi-washed recipe developed by Timoteo. Instead of de-pulping the coffee right after harvesting, the coffee fruit rests for 12 hours, allowing for an initial fermentation phase within the coffee cherry. This gives the coffee a fruitier, sweeter flavor.
