All orders received on Tuesday before 5 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day.
De La Gente is not liable for any damage or loss that happens while the order is in transit with USPS. However, DLG can help to file a claim for a refund.
A replacement can be processed only if the coffee arrived in a different type of roast, grind or region.
